Top of the Pops caught up with Stacie Orrico who was full of praise for Destiny’s Child, whom she opened for on tour when she was only 14-years-old. “It was really exciting! The girls are so sweet and so humble and really encouraged me,” Orrico said of the opportunity. “It made me feel confident. At that point, I wasn’t signed to Virgin, so they were really taking a chance on me to bring me out on tour without a label’s support. It was just so great. I learned so much by watching them perform and being in front of such huge crowds. It opened a lot of doors for me. I’m forever thankful.”

Good for her. I like Stacie Orrico, she seems cool, and her songs aren’t too bad.
