Stars Ask Pop Factory To Give Them A Hit

The Mirror has seen a dossier from the headquarters of Windswept – one of the world’s largest music publishing companies, indicating many British pop acts are in dire need of obtaining a hit, including former S Club star Rachel Stevens, ‘Pop Idol’ runner-up Gareth Gates, former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell and Charlotte Church. “Windswept have a great track for coming up with hits. Musicians and singers often turn to them for chart results,” an industry insider explained. “It’s used by some of the best producers and songwriters in the world – if they can’t find someone a hit, no one can.”
