Streaker Spoils Fun At Hilary And Haylie Duff’s Wild Party

The Enquirer reports Haylie and Hilary Duff hosted a wild party at their home in Los Angeles while their mother and father were out of town. It got so loud that neighbors threatened to phone the cops, and did when a young man streaked around the property completely naked. After a neighbor told the Duffs that cops were headed their way, the girls cleared out the house.
