Pam Sitt of the Seattle Times was at Monday’s *NSYNC show in Tacoma and gave her thoughts on the band’s rock-driven show, with covers of the Beatles and Temptations. Sitt said of the show scaled back from the group’s usual excessive pyrotechnics, “Perhaps *NSYNC has become comfortable enough in its own celebrity skin to strip its tour down to the bare essentials. The group’s aim to make the show solely about the music was refreshing in some ways, but probably not what a 10-year-old paid up to $110 to see.”
