PETA has announced on their website: “Hilary Duff may be selling out stadiums on her ‘Still Most Wanted’ tour this summer, but she hasn’t sold out her animal friends. We’ve just gotten word that the animal-lovin’ teen sensation’s cosmetics line is cruelty-free! Manufactured by Townley Cosmetics, ‘Stuff by Hilary Duff’ has received PETA’s seal of approval because none of the products are tested on animals.”
