Sugababes Support White Ribbon Alliance

updated fans on their blog at MySpace on Wednesday (September 10) with the following message:

The Sugababes are very proud to announce that they’ll be partnering with The White Ribbon Alliance (WRA) charity. The charity helps prevent the deaths of women from childbirth/pregnancy in developing countries and to show they mean business the Babes have pledged a a contribution to the charity. Boots who featured the original Ernie K Doe track ‘Here Come The Girls’ in their TV adverts brought the Babes and WRA together and they’ll be helping things along by selling the ‘Girls’ single in their shops when it’s released Oct 6.

Expect more work in the future between The Girls and WRA. To find out more about WRA click here.
