Remaining finalists Katharine McPhee and Elliott Yamin followed, with 19.8% and 11.9% respectively, while the man most favor to win, Taylor Hicks, got 10.9%.

America you got wrong. I have watched idol since inception and this is the biggest screw up ever. Kris is okay but when you close your eyes he could be one of many talented artists. Adam was unique and once in a lifetime performer. I think Simon must be major disappointed and so he should be. Doesn’t America realize what they have done??? I’m from Canada and am extremely disappointed and may never watch idol again because America doesn’t vote on talent but the boy next door what the hell is wrong with them.
