Chris Lamb of TeenMusic.com chatted with Ste McNally of BBMak about the band’s second album ‘Into Your Head’, which he and his bandmates are excited about. “It feels great,” says Ste. “We’ve been in the studio for the last six months from January until the end of July finishing the album off. It was cool. We wanted to go into the studio and write some songs and record them. There was a little bit of pressure because of the success of the first album.” The full interview at TeenMusic.com has since been removed.

Hip Online chatted with Christian from BBMak and asked if the group was afraid they wouldn’t break out of the boy band thing when the first hit the scene. “We were worried about that because there were a lot of bands out and at the time they were huge like *NSYNC,” he explained. “But we knew we were different. We were young guys, but we didn’t dance and we played instruments. I think fans finally got the idea that we were different. We are pop music, which means popular and that is what we do.”
Dan Aquilante of the New York Post had a positive review for BBMak’s new album, which dropped Tuesday, ‘Into Your Head.’ Aquilante writes, “Fans won’t be disappointed and a few of the band’s detractors may be surprised at the maturity of this disc.”
