Cheryl Cole checked in on her WhoSay blog moments ago to relay a text she received from the former manager for Girls Aloud, Louis Walsh, after the pop singer told the press that the girl group “never had management” and that Walsh “just took a check.”

In response, Walsh had told the press that “I’m a much better manager than she is a singer” and other digs at Cheryl’s voice. “Cheryl is a great clothes horse. Nice girl, but likes to get her own way. I’ve got two words to say: vocal lessons.”

Here’s the text message that Walsh sent to Cole:

Hello Cheryl!! Princess of pop and biggest hair in the land!!!! Let’s call a truce to all this stuff in the press and things that happened ten years ago!! We always had fun on the X Factor and I always defended you against the wicked Cowell!! We used to have great fun and life is too short you and I always said!! I’m looking forward to your new music and think you should come on the X Factor live show to perform!!!! Keep smiling and send me some new product!!!! Louis Walsh still on X Factor !!! See you soon hello to Lily and Blue!! P.S are they really your eyelashes!! LOL xxxxx

Cheryl Cole checked in with her Twitter followers (@CherylCole) on Saturday (October 8), where the Girls Aloud singer talked about reasons she’s a fan of her singing profession. The 28-year-old Tweets:

10 Reasons to <3. Music.. Its natures soul soother.. Its always there when you need it.. You can 'play' it without hurting anyone's feelings.. It is the only thing i like to shout loudly in my ear on a night out.. It is the best company on long drives.. It fills you up if you feel empty.. Cheryl Cole checked in with fans on her official web site, CherylCole.com, talking about how she’s been feeling in wake of her brief stint in America as a judge on ‘The X Factor’ and the kind messages she’s received from supporters in wake of the drama. The Girls Aloud star writes:

Where do i start? I have had the weirdest past few weeks (nothing unusual there though.) I wouldn’t even know how to begin to tell you all about it. What I do know for certain is that I have the BEST, most unbelievable people out there, who I feel so lucky to call my support system. You never fail to amaze me. I have been reading your letters and opening my prezzies (I feel very spoilt) and hearing all of your kind, special and inspiring things you want to say to me.

I feel your presence and strength always, and no matter what decision I make or what it is I’m facing, I appreciate you all more than you’ll ever know. It also breaks my heart a little when i hear that some of you worry about me and need to know that I am ok, so I want to PROMISE you that I am absolutely fine and more than ok!
