The Vanessa Hudgens nude picture scandal didn’t stop kids and their parents from picking up the ‘High School Musical 2’ soundtrack, which remained atop the Billboard album sales chart for a fourth straight week. The disc sold 164,700 units, enough to easily beat Fergie’s ‘The Dutchess’ at #2 with 48,600 copies. The Disney titan’s #1 run will end with next week’s chart though, with 50 Cent’s ‘Curtis’, Kanye West’s ‘Graduation’ and Kenny Chesney’s ‘Just Who I Am: Poets & Pirates’ expected to sell well above what it took to be #1 this week. Fergie was spotted on her way to the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills the other day. The Black Eyed Peas singer claimed she was having a bad hair day, but after two hours in the salon, she was happy with the results.

Josh Duhamel tells Glamour magazine he’s just installed a stripper pole at home for girlfriend Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas. “Fergie is taking lessons, but she won’t get on it until she knows what she’s doing, ’cause she doesn’t want to look stupid,” Duhamel explained, adding that there’s “no way” he could have scored with the singer when he was younger: “She would have been too hot for me in high school.
