Germany’s Eurovision Entry Walks Away From High Speed Car Accident

Germany’s Eurovision entry spoke with RTL following her car accident, which she luckily walked away from free of injury despite not remembering what happened to cause her to crash. The singer was driving 120 km/hr and hit a guard rail. Despite the incident, says she isn’t afraid to get behind the wheel again, but added, “I am very glad that I do not have to drive with the car to Kiev [where this year's Eurovision is held].”

Ruslana and former Spice Girl Emma Bunton were on hand for the German ‘Eurovision Song Contest’ Selection Competition on Saturday (March 12) in Berlin, Germany. won the German national final with ‘Run and Hide’ and will perform at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest on May 21st in Kiev, Ukraine.
