According to the National Enquirer, Britney Spears’ sister Jamie Lynn is being encouraged by their mother Lynne to move in together as Lynne attempts to get her youngest daughter to distance herself from James Watson and restart her acting career. Lynne isn’t happy with Jamie Lynne, 18, dating 28-year-old James. “Lynne is very unhappy about Jamie Lynne’s relationship with James,” a source told the tabloid. “She thinks he’s too old for Jamie Lynn and has nothing to offer her.”

Conan O’Brien joked during his Late Night monologue on Friday night, “Britney Spears flew to Mississippi this week to help her sister Jamie Lynn with her new baby. True. Yeah, Britney says it’s really important that she spend time with the baby now, ’cause soon, it will be busy raising its own baby. Got about six years, I think.”
Jamie Lynn Spears, 17, has given birth to a baby girl at Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb. She and fiance Casey Aldridge, 19, welcomed Maddie Briann around 9:30 Thursday morning. Conan O’Brien joked during his Late Night monologue on Thursday night, “Jamie Lynn Spears, you all know about her. She’s pregnant. The source added that K-Fed spoke with Lynne before the pregnancy announcement and “was heartbroken because he was concerned about what it would mean for Jamie Lynn’s future… He just wants to be part of the support system.”
