Kesha ‘Ke$ha’ Sebert recorded a video message for the It Gets Better project, where the pop singer offered support for her young fans who may be getting bullied. “No matter if you’re gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, however you are choosing to live is beautiful,” Ke$ha said. “And you have my full support and all of my love.” Watch the message via YouTube below.
Kesha “Ke$ha” Sebert played a concert for KISS 103.7 FM listeners at The Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee on Thursday (August 26). Wes, Rahny and Alley spoke to her before the show, where the ‘Tik Tok’ singer talked about how she once took a 14-hour bus ride to see The Darkness perform in the city, being on ‘The Simple Life’, songwriting with her mother, liking beards, having her party moments, living in her car for a bit, and the familiar melody line in her new song ‘Take It Off’. Kesha “Ke$ha” Sebert is out with the music video to her new single ‘Take It Off’, the fourth release from the American pop singer’s debut album ‘Animal’, out now on RCA Records. “It’s about me and all my hot vampire babe friends breaking into a hotel on another planet, and at the end we all turn into this beautiful stardust,” Ke$ha told the Phoenix New Times. “Once you take it all off, all your inhibitions, your clothes, we’re all made up of the same thing.” Watch the Paul Hunter and Dori Oskowitz directed video via Vevo below.
Taio Cruz is out with the music video to his new single ‘Dirty Picture’, featuring Ke$ha, off the English singer/producer’s second studio album ‘Rokstarr’, out now on Island Records. “It was shot in this really cool basement in LA,” Cruz told Digital Spy. “We wanted it to look like a party scene, but not in a typical club, and it was really good fun. Ke$ha’s shots were recorded in London because our schedules were all over the place, and then I shot the rest in LA.” Watch it via YouTube below.
Ke$ha, aka Kesha Sebert, is out with the music video to her new single ‘Your Love Is My Drug’, the third release from the American pop singer’s debut album ‘Animal’, out now on RCA Records. The Honey directed video was shot last month in the Lancaster, California, desert.
“I wrote this song on an airplane in, like, 10 minutes and finished it with my mom. So it’s one of my favorites. It’s stupid and fun. You can’t take it too seriously,” Ke$ha told MTV News. “And so, the video, I wanted it to be like a psychedelic trip of the mind, comparable with being so disgustingly in love with someone that you lose your head. So I ride an elephant — no big deal! — and, um, I dance around a cave with black-light body paint and a python. I was in a cave, in the desert, and it was really fun. This video was inspired by the Beatles’ ‘Yellow Submarine’ movie, the animation aspect. There’s a little bit of [that] in there too.”

In an interview with The Sun, Melissa Green of Millionaires blasted rival act Ke$ha, calling the ‘Tik Tok’ singer a fake. “We hate Ke$ha,” Melissa calmly explained. “She is such a fake. She is not real. She’s signed to people who tell her how to act. That’s what makes us upset. We are who we have been since before the band. We are real – not like that white trash b*tch. This is how we dress every day – that is not how she dresses. She’d better watch her back. We’re gonna take her down. It’s three against one. Tik Tok b*tch.”

MySpace is featuring the full Ke$ha MySpace Music Release Show the singer did in London at The Bath House on February 22nd.
Ke$ha performed ‘Backstabber’, ‘Party at a Rich Dude’s House’, ‘D.I.N.O.S.A.U.R.’, ‘Blah Blah Blah’ and ‘Tik Tok’, all off her debut album ‘Animal’.
“I’m inspired by safari animals,” Kesha explained backstage in regards to her fashion. “Zebra tonight. Also, cheetah and leopard do make appearances in my wardrobe. I’m also super inspired by Keith Richards, I think he always looks really cool, and David Bowie. I’ve had my music on MySpace for a few years now and have gained so many fans. I have a sh** ton of friends. I don’t know specifically (how much), but a lot and I love it.”
The live set, interviews with fans and a brief chat with Ke$ha has since been removed at MySpace.
Ke$ha is in damage control after making some remarks about the diminutive Justin Bieber in an interview with Maxim. “He’s such a tiny little baby! I would’ve loved to push him around onstage in a carriage,” the ‘Tik Tok’ singer said of the 16-year-old, who she presented an award with at the 2009 Grammy Awards. Ke$ha said on her Twitter (@keshasuxx) yesterday:
Dear Justin B I am so sorry if my bad joke has hurt your feelings. You are obviously so talented and I would never mean to offend you. I think you are rad
T4 presenter Miquita Oliver was suspended by her bosses after a run-in with pop star Ke$ha at the Shockwaves NME Awards 2010, where she allegedly uttered a 4-letter slur about the ‘Tik Tok’ singer after an interview, which Ke$ha’s manager heard. A Channel 4 spokesman issued the following statement about the situation:
Miquita Oliver was involved in an issue at the NME awards that she now regrets. The matter has been dealt with swiftly by T4, and Miquita has also sent an apology to those concerned and it has been noted. She will remain a key part of our T4 presenting team and viewers will see her on air as normal over the coming weeks.

Kesha Sebert, aka Ke$ha, is speaking out against artists such as Britney Spears who practice the “art” of lip synchronization in concert, promising she won’t follow the pop tart’s miming path. “I think that’s bullsh**,” the ‘Tik Tok’ singer said, according to showbizspy.com. “I don’t think that’s fair at all for people who are going to see the show. I think if you are going to be a singer, you should sing. If you are going to be a dancer, you should dance. If you are going to do a combination of the two, you should make it very clear when you are singing and very clear when you are dancing. I would never do that to my fans. No offense to her specifically but people have asked me before to mime. I have been up at three in the morning for a television show with jet lag but I refuse to mime.”
