The ever-stylish singer Kimberly Caldwell recently made a series of videos that show her fans how they can easily recreate the hair, makeup, and fashion looks from her ‘Desperate Girls & Stupid Boys’ music video. The first of the clips took Kimberly to Express in New York City, where she showed ladies how to create two sexy outfits on a budget. The ‘American Idol’ alum then brought fans to her personal makeup table to learn which products she used to get glamorous on the video shoot, and how she quickly takes her hair from drab to fab.

‘American Idol’ season two finalist Kimberly Caldwell looked back at her experience on the hit show in an interview with the Los Angeles Times. Caldwell talked about getting a call during the show from Melissa Etheridge, doing hosting and television after ‘Idol’, why she named her debut album ‘Without Regret’, always wanting to mount Ellen DeGeneres’ leg, loving Ryan Seacrest’s highlights, and what she thinks about the top two from her season, Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard. Kimberly Caldwell checked in on her YouTube to share news concerning her upcoming debut album ‘Without Regret’, which will now include the a song she recently recorded. Because of the addition, the CD is getting pushed back to a couple months to what she believes will be July 27th. “I know it’s a long time to wait, but I’ve been waiting for this album and this moment for so long,” the ‘American Idol’ alum says in the video. “So hopefully you guys can understand now with this song, it just wouldn’t be complete without it on there.” Watch the update below the cut. ‘American Idol’ alum Kimberly Caldwell visited WPLJ 99.5 FM in New York City the other day, where she did an acoustic performance of ‘Come To My Window’ by Melissa Etheridge after discussing how Melissa is one of her favorite singers who she pays tribute to on her debut album ‘Without Regret’ with remake of the song ‘You Can Sleep While I Drive’. Kimberly Caldwell checked in with fans on her blog at MySpace (@kimberlycaldwell) on Wednesday (October 28), discussing progress on her debut album. The ‘American Idol’ season two finalist writes:
I know it’s been awhile since I’ve written on here but I am going to start updating you all much more often! I have been super busy putting the final touches on the album — the first single should be dropping in January and the album should be out in March. I cannot wait for you all to hear it! There are so many exciting things happening and I can’t wait to be able to give you more details. UsMagazine.com reports ‘American Idol’ season seven winner David Cook and season two finalist Kimberly Caldwell appeared together at Tuesday’s Dodgers game, where she performed the National Anthem. The pair, who began dating just after the ‘Idol’ finale last month, kept a low profile in the private Baseline Box seats. “Kimberly was definitely nervous about the public appearance!” a source revealed. “They were really cute and sweet together, laughing and having a lot fun.” The full story at usmagazine.com has since been removed.
‘American Idol’ season seven champ David Cook tells ‘Extra’ he’s been dating ‘Idol’ season two finalist Kimberly Caldwell. “She’s great,” Cook said. “So far, I’ve had a really good time with her.” David had asked Caldwell out while she was interviewing him on the ‘Idol Tonight’ show after Wednesday’s finale. Cook admitted to ‘Extra’ he’s not very familiar with Caldwell’s music. “I knew who she was, but I can’t remember a song that she sang,” he explained. “I’m probably in the dog house now.” The ‘Extra’ interview at extratv.com has since been removed.
