Playboy confirmed to Fox411.com that Lindsay Lohan will grace the cover of Playboy magazine’s first issue of 2012. “Lindsay Lohan will be featured in Playboy’s January/February issue, which hits newsstands in late December,” a Playboy rep told the web site. Lohan expected to appear nude with a classic Hollywood Marilyn Monroe feel as reportedly requested by Hugh Hefner, but “strategically covered up” in certain shots.
Lindsay Lohan was late and turned away from her first day of community service at the Los Angeles County morgue on Thursday after showing up late, but the singer/actress will get a second chance to appear on time later today. “Lindsay arrived at the morgue approximately 20 minutes late and will be returning for orientation tomorrow,” her publicist Steven Honig said. “Her lateness was due to a combination of not knowing what entrance to go through and confusion caused by the media waiting for her arrival. Lindsay spoke with the supervisors at the morgue. They showed her how to get in, and everything is all cleared up.”
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled Wednesday that LiLo had to post $100,000 bail for her probation revocation and that she would have to perform two eight hour days at the morgue two times a week until her probation revocation hearing on November 2nd.
Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lindsay Lohan’s probation at a hearing earlier today. The actress and singer was taken into custody on $100,000 bail after Sautner ruled that she was in violation of her probation by booted from a community service assignment. Lohan had been slow to serve any of the 360 hour probation she was ordered to serve at the Downtown Women’s Center shelter, calling the experience at the center “not fulfilling” in a probation progress report.
“Her probation would have been over last year, had she done what was expected of her,” Sautner said. The judge added that should Lohan make bail and want to “mitigate” her potential punishment before a hearing on November 2nd, she would be advised to work no less than two eight-hour shifts a week at the morgue toward the 120 morgue hours that were also part of her probation requirements.

Lindsay Lohan has attracted more controversy while serving a house arrest sentence. The singer and actress had parties at her home during house arrest, but a judge rules she was only guilty of poor judgment. TV Guide’s “Hollywood 411″ talks to Lindsay’s father Michael Lohan about his daughter’s most recent headlines.
“I’m not saying she should be in jail, but I’m saying the court should have said you can’t drink or use drugs,” Michael said about his daughter’s house arrest rules. “The only way she’s gonna get her life right, is if she stays away from all alcohol and all drugs.” Michael added that “our relationship is fine, but as you can see I’m still her dad, I’m not going to be her friend about this. I just want things to get back on track for Lindsay, for her life, but also for my family. There can’t be any dissension in the ranks between Dina and I. We both have to be on the same page. If it wasn’t for our falling out, none of this would have happened with Lindsay to begin with.”

Lindsay Lohan was on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ on Tuesday (April 26), where the actress and singer talked about meeting John Gotti, making a lot of mistakes, how her lawyer is married to a guy in Leno’s band, being sentenced to 120 days in jail, her parents, support she’s gotten from fans, what she’ll be doing at 30, her love life and the paparazzi.
“I’ve made a lot of poor decisions in the past and I’m dealing with the consequences of those decisions… I’m not a kid anymore, I’m 24,” she said. Asked where she hoped to be in six years after turning 30, LiLo said, “Hopefully sitting here after I’ve won an Oscar, that would be ideal. Work, work work.”

Lindsay Lohan is set to begin a 120 day jail sentence soon, but found time to visit ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ for an interview that will air tonight on NBC. LiLo said her punishment for theft of a necklace came as “shocking” and that she felt “kind of numb.” The former Disney star confessed to Leno she’s not a kid anymore. “I’m 24,” she said. “I’ve made a lot of mistakes, and I recognize that. But I’m in the clear now and I feel that as long as I stay focused, I will achieve what I want to achieve.”
