Lisa Marie Presley really loved Michael Jackson – but now wonders whether he married her just to improve his public image. “I did fall in love with him,” she tells Chris Heath of Rolling Stone magazine. “I can’t tell you what his intentions were, but I can tell you I absolutely fell in love with him and fell into this whole thing which I’m not proud of now.”

MJJ Productions say there is a final tracklisting chosen, but is not yet finalized. The reason being for it not being finalized yet is that Michael must first deal with his situation with Sony. It is said that Michael Jackson and Sony will eventually agree to release the new album on the label. There still has been no confirmation of producers working on the project, and there has been no official title chosen for the album.

They better hold off on spending the money though, as the Post also reports Jacko quietly returned the $6 million worth of merchandise he bought during his on-camera shopping spree on the Martin Bashir documentary.

NBC Offered To Bump ‘Dateline’ For Jacko Outtakes
February 17, 2003 – According to Roger Friedman at FoxNews.com, NBC offered to bump their ‘Dateline’ episode tonight and instead air the unedited Michael Jackson tapes from his documentary. A memo to Jackson wrote: “Unlike with other networks, the acquisition of the rights to the special on NBC will have the added benefit of pre-empting NBC’s planned broadcast of the one hour ‘Dateline’ scheduled for February 17th.” The network also offered $5 million to Jackson’s team for the rights to the outtakes and a new interview.
