Madonna Mentoring Jesus Luz In The Studio

Madonna’s on-off lover Jesus Luz is set to get help in the studio from the Material Girl in releasing his first single, wanting to follow in her footsteps. “They may not be lovers anymore but Madge has promised to help him because they are still very good friends,” a source told News of the World. “She really wants him to succeed.”

Madonna Meets With Workers Injured In Stage Collapse

Madonna arrived in Marseille, France with daughters Lourdes and Mercy James on Sunday (July 19). Check out pictures from celebrity-gossip.net. The pop singer visited with the workers who were injured while building a stage for her concert in the city, which was scheduled for Sunday. The accident claimed the lives of two men.

“We are very touched that an actress (and musician) with such talent and quality has also an extraordinary amount of human qualities as well,” Marseille Mayor Jean-Claude Gaudin told reporters outside one of the city’s hospitals. “She has already gone to Aix-en-Province, I think, to see the family of this worker who unfortunately has died. And, she comes here to the hospital in Marseille to meet the injured. So, we are very touched.”

Madonna Devastated After Deadly Concert Stage Accident

During construction of the stage for Madonna’s scheduled July l9th ‘Sticky & Sweet’ show at the Velodrome Stadium in Marseilles, France, the roof accidentally fell causing injury to seven workers and one death.

In reaction to the tragic news, the Material Girl issued the following statement:

I am devastated to have just received this tragicnews. My prayers go out to those who were injured and their Families along with my deepest sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news.
