Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter checked in with fans on his blog at MySpace on Saturday (August 30) with the following message:

I woke up about 10 o’clock. Im in Edmonton Canada. Rolled out of the bunk, walked to the front door of the bus, opened the door, took a deep breath in… And froze my n**ples [Note: censored to avoid Google's awful image filter] off. Its freakin cold, lol. Actually it’s awesome cause I love the fresh Canadian air. MMMMMM MMMM GOOD. Anyways, I’m here chillin with my brother in Catering now. Were both wired off of COFFEE … AHHHHH!!! It’s an awesome thing to have him out here with me. I love him so much. :). So, in a nut-shell , Very excited about the great things that are happening in my life. Bout the new album with the Boyz, about my health, bout the new relationships I’m developing. Finally, I feel like I’m turning into the old Nick again. Actually! The new improved positive Nick. I love life, music, and family and friends. That means you. Anyways, If your here in Canada? Nick Carter checked in with his MySpace friends on Sunday (May 18) after the Backstreet Boys wrapped up their European tour last week in London. Carter wrote in his bulletin: “Yo. I can’t believe it’s not butter… So. I wanna send out a shout to all the peeps that showed up to the European shows. Thank you so much. And I’ll… I mean… we’ll…. See you soon. HE HE . (Got something cooking) Anyways. If You look at my top friends. I wanna introduce to ya. Blood. People. I’m lovin this NEW band. Future Pilot. And I think you will too. Gotta also say that it’s unfortunate that me and my bff. Brent.. Will not be working together. BUT! Never fear. I will continue on. I’m going to be Introducing… a NEW PROJECT. Put it this way. Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter checked in with his MySpace friends on Thursday (April 24) with the following bulletin:

2 things. 1 is. Kaotic Records has officially dropped Andrew Alvarado. We wish him the best of luck. It is important to understand that he has no involvement with ME, Nick Carter. So be aware of any sort of anything that is said or done on my behalf. 2 , mba . AKA ( sha shakoor. ) He is a good friend, but it is to be known that i have not contributed vocally to any songs with him. I hope this clears up any confusion. I would also like to warn anyone that tries to use my name unlawfully, that I am legally protected by my record company and that they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. RollingStone.com caught up with Nick Carter for a Q&A and asked the Backstreet Boys star if he regretted doing the reality show ‘House of Carters’, where the 27-year-old famously blew up at his younger brother Aaron for going out with Paris Hilton days after Nick had split up with the heiress. “No, because it helped me realize that I had some problems and I needed to fix them – personally, mentally and physically,” he said.
