Brisbane born Lisa gave her beau Ryan Cabrera a tour of her home country as they climbed BridgeClimb in Sydney. Reportedly, Lisa and Ryan couldn’t keep their hands off each other as they posed for photos overlooking the Harbor. Lisa Origliasso has been known to be dating Ashlee Simpson’s ex since the pair toured the U.S. together last fall. So what does Ashlee think about all this? Recent reported problems with Ashlee’s current bandmate/boyfriend, Braxton Olita, point to the fact that she’s not liking this at all.
Ryan Cabrera spoke with Teen People magazine at the Radio Music Awards in Las Vegas, revealing his plans to spend New Year’s with current girlfriend Lisa Origliasso of The Veronicas at her home in Australia. The singer/songwriter also wished his ex-girlfriend, Ashlee Simpson, who was hospitalized for exhaustion and had to cancel her performance at the event, a speedy recovery.

Ryan Cabrera denied recent tabloid reports linking him to Kimberley Stewart, saying he hasn’t had a serious relationship since his romance with Ashlee Simpson. “It’s sad that you just can’t be friends with anybody anymore,” he tells MTV News. “If I hang out with someone, it’ll be all over the press the next day and everyone’s asking, ‘Are you dating this person?’ and ‘Are you dating this person?’ I’m like, ‘What, you think I date everyone?’ ” Cabrera joked. “Unfortunately, people believe it, but you just have to learn to laugh at it. Groovevolt.com caught up with Ryan Cabrera, who revealed that the recording process for his sophomore album ‘You Stand Watching’ wasn’t too stressful. “I didn’t worry too much, because the minute you start worrying, you get in your own head,” he said. “I spent a month writing and then I recorded it in 21 days.” The full story at groovevolt.com has since been removed.
