Taio Cruz checked in with fans on his blog at MySpace on Friday (September 5), telling fans his debut album ‘Departure’ crossed a sales milestone. Cruz writes:
I just found out that my album has gone Gold in the UK which is AMAZING. I’d like to thank everyone who has gone out and bought it, I really appreciate all the love you’ve shown me and I cant wait for you to hear the second album which i’m currently working on.
BTW, The banner on my page has changed to a GOLD banner in honor of the achievement so dont adjust your computer screens haha.
