Tatu Appear On Jimmy Kimmel Live Tonight

Tonight, t.A.T.u. will return to the tube for their “network make-out debut,” performing on ABC’s ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ without anyone intruding on their kissing, as what happened last night on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. They’ll also do panel with Jimmy to discuss the Leno episode and to translate the message that was on their shirts (“War sucks di**”).

Tatu On The Rick Dees Show

February 26, 2003 – t.A.T.u. stopped by the Rick Dees show on Wednesday. They were in Los Angeles to promote their new album and talk about the controversy surrounding the lesbian theme of the duo. They also talked about their lesbian kiss that was cut out of the Tonight Show on Tuesday. Lena says “They’re crazy” and she explained how they were asked not to kiss, but they decided to do it anyways, and apparently a woman almost lost her job on the NBC show over it. They also revealed their next single will be ‘Not Gonna Get Us’. Audio and pictures have since been removed.

Tatu To Make Tonight Show & TRL Appearances

February 24, 2003 – t.A.T.u. will be in the U.S.A. to appear on some select TV shows and radio programs. Due to their heavy schedule, Julia and Lena will only be able to make stops in Los Angeles and New York this time around. Their visit will include a performance on the Tonight Show on Tuesday (February 25) as well as an appearance on MTV’s TRL – Mar. 3rd – where they will perform ‘All the Things She Said.’

Tatu Cling To Top, Justin Timberlake Rises In UK Singles Charts

On this week’s Official United Kingdom Singles Chart, t.A.T.u stay still at #1, while Justin Timberlake rises to #2, with ‘Cry Me a River.’ Good Charlotte climb from #20 to #8, Daniel Bedingfield has staying power after 13 weeks he is at #14, and Girls Aloud stay at #19. Elsewhere, Westlife climb twenty spots to #26 with, ‘Unbreakable,’ Kelly Osboune’s ‘Shut Up,’ falls to #35, and S Club’s, ‘Alive,’ climbs to #55. Suprisingly Christina Aguilera’s, ‘Beautiful,’ has fallen twenty spots to #71 after debuting last week at #51. Christina’s last single, ‘Dirrty,’ stayed at #1 for it’s second week, while ‘Beautiful,’ just hasn’t caught on.
