Tatu’s Backstage TRL Antics Explained
Hilary Burton of MTV’s Total Request Live explained to viewers what was going on when t.A.T.u. took so long to emerge from backstage during their appearance on Monday. “I asked the same question,” she said. “The producers said we were physically trying to push them out. And they just — those girls, maybe it was the language barrier. I know when we were back in the green room and they were speaking in Russian and they were pointing and laughing at Quddus and I. I don’t know what they were laughing about, what they were up to.”
