Taylor Hicks Donates Singles Sales To Red Cross
Carson Daly joked during his ‘Last Call’ monologue on Friday, “‘American Idol’ winner, Taylor Hicks, he is — interesting story about him. Okay, now, in his defense, he is going to do something nice. He’s donating the proceeds of the sale from his latest single, ‘Do I Make You Proud’ to the American Red Cross. That’s nice that he’s doing that. In fact, they say it’s the first time in history that a disaster will fund the Red Cross. [Laughter] Usually it’s the other way around.”
