The American Music Awards Were Boring

Ever since the American Music Awards were shifted from being held in January to November I have realized that the hype around them has decreased heavily. This year’s Awards were no difference and to add to this artist who are known to spark glamour and publicity not forgetting hype and controversy in awards ceremonies were not present at this years awards I’m talking about the one and only Christina Aguilera and of course the one and only Britney Spears! Whether you like it or not these two are the cream of the music business. Together they bring hype, publicity and warmth to music’s awards shows proof? The VMA’s this year although Britney wasn’t there Christina managed to keep the audience interested by performing and of course by her fashion. She got more attention than any other female artist, and male artist for that matter, while at the same time crushing Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce Knowles! Britney did the same thing at the Billboard Awards in 2001 where she gave a performance and got more attention than any other artist present at the awards!
