Miley Cyrus and her pal Mandy Jiroux are out with a new episode of 'The Miley And Mandy Show' titled 'Irrelevant'. The clip starts out with the pair laughing as they attempt to play a game staring at each other without blinking. That followed with Miley showing off some rings and the two talking about meeting a cute boy at a juice bar. Watch the clip below the fold.
