OK! magazine caught up with Christina Aguilera to talk about her wedding to Jordan Bratman, and asked the singer how she felt waking up the morning after their wedding as his wife. “I think the title itself was a little shocking,” she said. “We woke up and started rewinding everything in our minds. It was like, ‘Honey, we took vows last night and made a promise to God.’ We had big smiles on our faces and said, ‘Good morning, Mr. Bratman.’ ‘Good morning, Mrs. Bratman.’ It was just this wonderfully sweet feeling waking up the next morning. To me, honestly, I thing when you really love someone and have been with them for a while and you know each other inside and out, I felt like we were already married to a certain degree.”
