The Original Backstreet Boys

We all know that AJ McLean, Nick Carter, and Howie Dorough formed the Backstreet Boys. But few know that Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell weren’t originally a part of the group. AJ, Nick, and Howie were originally joined by Sam Licata (a.k.a. Phoenix Stone) and Charlie Edwards. They left, however, and were replaced by Kevin. The group then decided they wanted one more member, so Kevin brought in his cousin Brian. And that’s how the fab five known as the Backstreet Boys became.
