‘The Osbournes’ Is Staged By MTV?

The New York Post reports Ozzy Osbourne lecturing his two teenagers about drugs on ‘The Osbournes’ was not part of the family’s regular routine. “The most fake thing about that show was that family meeting because that was an MTV idea, Kelly told ABC’s Alex Cambert on ‘Good Morning America.’ Her brother Jack claimed the idea of bringing a dog therapist into the Osbournes’ Beverly Hills home was hatched by MTV staffers as well. An MTV spokesman insisted, “You couldn’t stage anything with that family if you wanted to, and that’s the beauty of the show.”
