Third Jacko Accuser Is Subpoenaed

Prosecutors have subpoenaed a third accuser – who allegedly was groped by Jackson in 1990 – to possibly testify before a grand jury probing the latest sex abuse charges against Michael Jackson, sources tell The New York Daily News. “What happened with this boy in 1990 was less serious than the allegations with the 1993 victim or the current victim. The mother cut off the contact as soon as the child told her about it. It never was allowed to progress,” said the source.
