Thousands Of Indecency Complaints Pre-Janet Jackson

Reuters reports that months before Janet Jackson exposed her bare breast on national television with the help of *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake, the Federal Communications Commission was receiving tens of thousands of complaints about indecency on television and radio, the agency said Thursday.
