John Landis, director of the music video ‘Thriller’, discussed Michael Jackson’s gift for performing, disciplined talent and struggles as a tortured and complex celebrity with CBS News’ Richard Roth. Landis said he was “taken about about what he did to his face and his body” when later directing the ‘Black Or White’ video.
