‘Tilt Ya Head Back’ Duet Originally Offered To Britney Spears

Producer Dorian Moore (aka Doe) tells the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that Nelly’s single ‘Tilt Ya Head Back’, featuring Christina Aguilera, was meant as a song for Nelly and Britney Spears. He says Spears’ label Jive pulled out because the song sounded too urban. Aguilera and Janet Jackson were considered next, and Aguilera landed the song.
