With the success of *NSYNC and ‘Justified’, Justin Timberlake tops E! TV’s ‘Rank’ 25 hottest young stars under 25. Other artist that made the countdown include Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Avril Lavigne, Mandy Moore, Kelly Osbourne, and many more. Surprisingly Britney Spears did not make the countdown since she’s usually a staple at #1 on these type of things.
