Timberlake’s Girlfriend Accuses Photographer Of Assault

Cameron Diaz has filed a police report charging a photographer with assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly trying to hit her and boyfriend Justin Timberlake with his car. “On September 19th, just after midnight, Cameron Diaz filed a report with the LAPD,” police officer April Harding tells People magazine. “The incident happened on the 1600 block of King Road in Hollywood.”
