Byron Williams is sounding off on Britney Spears’ 55-hour marriage to childhood pal Jason Alexander on Workingforchange.com. He writes, “What was described by the Spears spin doctors as young people who ‘took a joke too far by getting married,’ leaves one to question how the gay and lesbian community might come up with new and imaginative ways to threaten the so-called sanctity of marriage over and above the centuries of antics demonstrated by the heterosexual population.”
