TMZ’s Harvey Levin visited ‘Good Day LA’ to get the scoop on Paris Hilton reporting to jail in Lynwood last night. Levin, who is a lawyer, said that the heiress got the shaft, and that an “average” person in her situation would have only received 2.3 days in jail, not 23.
