Continuing their coverage, 'Today' co-host Al Roker spoke with Peter Castro of People magazine, Filan and Dr. Robi Ludwig about how this may affect her custody case and what Spears can do to turn her life around. Castro called Spears a "desperate, really sad tragic woman."
