Tommy Lee Gives Props To Hard Partying Nick Carter
Cubby of Z100 in New York interviewed Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee on Thursday (July 21). Lee discussed collaborating with Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys — “that guy partied harder than any guys that came in the studio to work with me, he’s a total maniac”, amongst other topics. Z100.com has since removed the audio.

The duet Tommy and Nick did will be on Tommy’s CD coming out in August. I can’t wait to hear it. It’s funny that Tommy acts like Nick partying is new. Nick is pretty open about everything, including that he likes to party. Alot of his fans already knew that. Nick isn’t doing anything different for other guys his age, but he still needs to make sure he is taking care of himself.
Nick needs to leave the dumb blonds alone though, and Tommy is too old to be partying’, ‘I hope Nick doesn’t see him as a role model. But I can’t wait to hear the collaboration though.
I can’t wait to hear that collaboration. Alot of rockers have given Nick props, its too bad that the ppl are too narrow minded and want to box him in to one style and not give him a chance. Actually Nicks voice is too good to really be a rocker…lol…most rockers really don’t have good voices.

I completely agree. Alot of people around Nick aren’t the best…’, ‘The girls he dates are liars and morons. His family (like his dad and Aaron) and the other BSB members are the main good influences in his life. I think Nick has calmed down alot the last few months. I hope so anyway. He’s 25 years old right now, so I hope he’s done with partying hard in the next 3 years or so.
Nothin’ wrong with partying hard, but he neeeeeds to learn to do it responsibly!!! But he’s still a kid, so…. I can’t very well criticize him for partying hard at his age when I’m only a couple of years behind him partying the way I did just 9 months ago, so….

I partied with Nick back 98 and in 02 when he was on his NorN tour and he can party..we were at the 4 star white Lounge in Chicago..and the guy can have some fun that’s for sure..even got invited to go back with him and some others to go in the VIP room but turned him down cause I was with my fiance..lol..but I did get acouple of drinks off of him and a kiss…hehehehehe..go me! “u look like u blew a smurf”-Nick said after I had chewed some blue cotton candy gum
