Searches for ‘American Idol’ star Justin Guarini exploded in the last few months. In July, the show’s runner-up was the audience favorite, but only got 11,881 searches for the month on pay-per search engine Overture.com. Last month though, he received 50,320 searches, about four times more than *NSYNC star JC Chasez, and ten times more than Backstreet Boys star AJ McLean. Some searches dealt with reports Guarini has had a nose job. The most common misspelled search was Justin Guarini with 1,236. The most searched song was the track he and ‘Idol’ co-finalist Kelly Clarkson performed, ‘A Moment Like This’, getting 64 queries.
