Tough Rules For Britney Spears Ordered By Judge

Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Thursday night, “According to ‘Access Hollywood’, a judge has ordered Britney Spears to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week. Yeah, yeah. As if that’s not bad enough, today he order her to take lip synching lessons.”
