Trial To Begin In Paulina Rubio Lawsuit

NBC4 in Los Angeles reports opening statements are scheduled Thursday in a trial of a lawsuit against , who allegedly skipped performing at last year’s Auto Show to vacation in Acapulco. The Los Angeles Superior Court trial is expected to take about two weeks. In a suit filed in April 2003, Pacific Communications Group, a Michigan corporation with a main office in Torrance, claims the Grammy nominee and Mexico City native signed to do an “attention-grabbing” concert as Mercedes- Benz unveiled a C-Class model.
