The New York Daily News profiled how Ashlee Simpson, Kelly Osbourne, and Avril Lavigne celebrated their 21st birthdays in Las Vegas. “It seems like everyone wants to celebrate their 21st birthday in Vegas,” says comic and ex-New Yorker Jeff Beacher, whose weekly variety show at the Hard Rock is a regular stop for many stars. “Even though you are finally an adult, it is fun to act young and irresponsible. Here it is all about the vices: partying, gambling and sex.”
