The Mirror reports that Christina Aguilera will be posing as a naughty nurse and her injured patient in a sexy new ad campaign for Skechers Footwear, a deal that saw her replace pop rival Britney Spears. “Britney’s marketing appeal is on the decline – especially after her recent bedraggled outings,” said a Skechers insider. “But Christina is looking better than ever. We’re very happy with her.”
