The Los Angeles Times reports federal auditors say the USO organization overcharged the U.S. government when it flew Jennifer Lopez, Kid Rock and Ja Rule to entertain the troops in Afghanistan. The MTV gig, at the height of the Afghan war, was among several USO tours cited in a recent General Accounting Office report that found more than $430,000 in questionable expenses.
