USO Accused On Star Tours

The Los Angeles Times reports federal auditors say the USO organization overcharged the U.S. government when it flew , Kid Rock and Ja Rule to entertain the troops in Afghanistan. The MTV gig, at the height of the Afghan war, was among several USO tours cited in a recent General Accounting Office report that found more than $430,000 in questionable expenses.
