Rick Dees called Vanessa Carlton from her apartment in New York. Vanessa says pals Jen or Nicole will look after her apartment while she’s on tour. Carlton says everyone in her building hears her play because the walls are pretty thin. Vanessa joked that she almost gets hit by a car every time she goes to London, and she’s headed back there soon. Rick and Ellen K. talked about how she should dress for the station’s Wango Tango concert. Carlton was excited about Kelly Osbourne and Ozzy being at the bash. Vanessa says her favorite artists are Pink Floyd, Neil Young, PJ Harvey, Radiohead, but she’s a sucker for a great song.
