Vanessa Hudgens was spotted cuddling a teddy bear in Washington, D.C. as the ‘High School Musical’ star touched down at Dulles Airport on Friday (December 7). Hudgens is in town for Wednesday’s ‘Christmas in Washington’ holiday special on TNT.
