Former Spice Girl has been named the most irritating person in Britain, beating out Prime Minister Tony Blair by about 2 to 1. Not even the revelations of the kidnap plot two weeks ago was enough to melt the voters’ cold hearts. Reader Kevin Larkin asks: “Has anyone with so little talent ever received so much publicity?”
