A few video captures from Jessica Simpson’s brief appearance on Entertainment Tonight on Monday where posted on the singer’s official site. Jessica showed off her huge engagement ring given to her by fiance Nick Lachey of 98 Degrees when the two were at the Wango Tango concert at the Rose Bowl over the weekend. The images have since been removed.
