Voting For 14 Year Olds?

Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Tuesday night, “This is why California is the nut ball state – a California State Senator has proposed an amendment to the California State Constitution that would lower the voting age to 14. I have 3 words for people who think this is a good idea – Governor Jessica Simpson.”
