VV Brown Goes Bowling

VV Brown appeared on the C4 show 'Freshly Squeezed', visiting a bowling alley with some friends and discussing her single 'Crying blood'. "It was written on my one string guitar, because I was really broke," she said. "I'm not really a guitarist, so I took off all the strings and just had the bass note, and I used my nail varnish to show the fingerings." VV added that she wanted to create the contradiction of sad lyrics and an upbeat melody, because otherwise it's cliché. Watch the video, including VV bowling a strike, below.
